This wellness massage is broken down into two stages. 
 The first is a massage of the back, neck, shoulders, painkiller for 1 hour or, optionally, a full body massage with essential oils. 
 The second is a 30-minute anti-stress foot reflexology massage. 
 The hot stone option allows deeper relaxation of the muscles and soothes pain. Hot stones are also used on the feet.
